Perfil

General Qualifications/Technical Requirements: Senior position, minimum 5 years of experience in Field Support; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including root-cause analysis; Strong ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely fashion; Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects; Professional and courteous attitude with attention to customer service; Interact with business and other IT teams to answer questions, resolve problems and address requests; 5/8 years Second Level Desktop Support experience supporting Microsoft Windows; Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems / requests; Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365; Experience of configuring mobile devices e.g. iOS, Android and Blackberry; Experience working with security systems like Anti-Virus, Web Proxy, etc.; Ability to use helpdesk management tools to log/monitor/close client problems/requests; Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory; Contact Center environment experience is preferred; Excellent documentation and communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience interfacing with help desk customers;
